3. Account Registration and Verification

Each player may register and maintain only one account on the 77sb platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed immediately, and any funds held across such accounts may be forfeited at 77sb's discretion.

• 3.1

  You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these terms.

• 3.2

  77sb reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national ID (NID), passport, or utility bill confirming residential address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals.

• 3.3

  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account will be deemed to have been conducted by you personally.

• 3.4

  You must notify 77sb immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or if you suspect that your credentials have been compromised. 77sb will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

77sb supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard and select Bangladeshi bank transfer options. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits applicable to the selected payment method. These limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

• 4.1

  The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to the player's account upon confirmation from the payment provider. 77sb is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

• 4.2

  The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. Players must submit their National ID (NID) and any other requested documentation before their first withdrawal request can be processed.

  77sb is required to do so by a competent authority, regulatory body, law enforcement agency, or court order applicable in the relevant jurisdiction.

• 8.3

  A player requests voluntary account closure. In such cases, any remaining real-money balance will be paid out to the player following completion of standard verification checks, provided there are no outstanding bonus wagering obligations or pending investigations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77sb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if 77sb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
